Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation with Rizzi Travel.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rizzi Travel website and booking platform, as well as any tours or services you book through us. By completing a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Rizzi Travel is operated by Kemer Ergin Turizm, a fully licensed tour operator registered with TURSAB (Turkey Tourism Agencies Union), licence number 13414.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email containing your reservation code and Tour Voucher.
No payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is collected in cash or by card at the start of your tour.
When making a reservation, you are responsible for providing accurate contact information, including your hotel name and pickup location. Incorrect information may result in delays on the day of the tour.
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible.
Since no payment is taken upfront, cancelling your tour has no financial impact on you. We simply ask for timely notice so we can offer the spot to another traveller.
Payment is collected at the start of the tour by your driver or guide, in cash or by card. Prices are quoted in Euros and may be paid in Euros, US Dollars or Turkish Lira at the equivalent rate shown on our website.
Rizzi Travel does not collect or store any payment card information through our website. Our platform is a reservation-only system with no online payment processing.
All participants are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful of fellow travellers, guides, drivers and local communities. Rizzi Travel reserves the right to exclude any participant from a tour, without refund, if their behaviour endangers others or significantly disrupts the experience.
Rizzi Travel holds all required TURSAB licences and insurance as mandated by Turkish tourism law. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
Rizzi Travel is not responsible for: personal injury resulting from failure to follow guide instructions; loss of personal belongings; delays caused by external factors such as weather or traffic; or any costs incurred due to cancelled travel arrangements beyond our control.
