How do I make a reservation?
Select your tour, choose a date and number of guests, then click "Complete Reservation." Fill in your contact details and hotel name. No payment is required at this stage. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
How will I receive my tour voucher?
Once we confirm your reservation (within 24 hours), we will send your Tour Voucher as a PDF attachment to your email. The voucher contains a QR code that your driver or guide will scan at the start of the tour.
How do I manage or update my reservation?
Use the "Manage Your Reservation" link in the top navigation. Enter your reservation code (from your confirmation email) and your last name. You can update contact details, change date or cancel — up to 24 hours before your tour.
Cancellations
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour start time. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. Since no payment is taken in advance, there is no financial risk in booking.
Can I change the date of my tour?
Yes. Log in to "Manage Your Reservation" with your reservation code and last name, then select "Change Date." Changes are free up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability on your new preferred date.
Payment
When do I pay?
Payment is collected at the start of the tour — in cash or by card to your driver or guide. No online payment is required when booking. This is our commitment to your trust and flexibility.
What currency can I pay in?
We accept payment in Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD) and Turkish Lira (TRY). Prices on the website are shown in EUR by default, but you can switch currency using the selector at the top of the page.
