1. General These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Rizzi Travel (Kemer Ergin Turizm) and any individual making a reservation through our website at rizzitravel.com. By submitting a reservation request, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

2. Reservations Reservations can be made through our website by submitting your full name, surname, pickup location, phone number and email address. Upon receipt of your reservation request, our team will verify availability and send you a confirmation by email. If your requested tour is unavailable on your chosen date, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates or options. A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of our written confirmation.

3. Payments Rizzi Travel does not collect any payments online. Our website is an information and reservation platform only. All payments are collected at the pickup location on the day of your tour, before departure. Payment can be made by cash or card. No money is transferred, charged or held at any point prior to your tour date.

4. Cancellations by the Customer Customers may cancel their reservation at any time free of charge. As no payment is collected in advance, no refund process is required. To cancel your reservation, please contact us by email or phone as early as possible so that your spot can be made available to other guests.

5. Cancellations by Rizzi Travel Rizzi Travel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, insufficient group size or any other operational reason beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative date. As no advance payment is collected, no financial refund is applicable.

6. Customer Responsibilities Every customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of reservation, including full name, surname, pickup location, phone number and email address. Rizzi Travel accepts no responsibility for missed tours or failed pickups resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for being ready at their designated pickup location at the specified time. Drivers will wait no longer than the stated waiting period at each pickup point.

7. Age Restrictions and Health Conditions Certain tours operated by Rizzi Travel have specific age restrictions, health requirements or mobility limitations. These are detailed individually on each tour page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the relevant tour page before making a reservation and to ensure that all members of their group meet the requirements stated. Rizzi Travel reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest who does not meet the stated requirements for safety reasons.

8. Insurance Full insurance is included on all Rizzi Travel tours. Coverage details are provided in accordance with applicable Turkish regulations and TURSAB licensing requirements.

9. Accuracy of Information Rizzi Travel makes every effort to ensure that all information published on rizzitravel.com is accurate and up to date. Tour itineraries, prices, availability and included services are subject to change without prior notice. The most current information will always be available on the website or by contacting our team directly.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from reservations made with Rizzi Travel shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Türkiye.
